        I really liked Chelsea my Hygienist as she explained and offered me different way of cleaning my teeth and also offered the bite guard which no one else has offered

        My husband has been going to Georgian Dental in Orillia for a year now. He says the staff is very nice and helpful. He doesn't wait long once he goes in for his appointment. He feels comfortable with the dentist there. I have been there twice now with Dr Jodery . I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr Jodery made me feel very comfortable . All the staff is very pleasant. I would recommend Georgian Dental to anyone !!

        Im at a total loss here been with this business for years. Great reception great dr tan. Overall not sure what happened yesterday with just a simple cleaning for my 8 year old daughter. Im in disbelief and very disheartened. I have a sensitive daughter, going easy is a must. If you cant perform on sensitive kids would have nice to know. I would have taken her somewhere else, who would help her in a friendly atmosphere. The crying was sad for me to watch. A bit of gum line bleed and discomfort my daughter felt. The flossing was hurtful. I comforted my daughter. Im a calm kind person. An apology be nice, highly unlikely as we did nothing wrong only to have my daughters teeth cleaned. The male hygienist said to me that my daughter may need counselling with frightening. Well my daughter is a great kid anyone who knows her shes a light in the room. A cherry happy go lucky girl. Overall shes a sensitive girl and being gentle is key. No need to make her cry, she feels terrified now to have cleaning. Ive cancelled my service and thanks for deactivating my family account. I wont be ever coming back you lost good friendly clients. Just isnt the same anymore. Telling me how to clean teeth and when I already know this.. made me feel like a naive person and still in shock. Im more than that. Take care. Thank you dr tan for past years Id been with you.
