We did not have a good experience with this company due to lack of professionalism and ethics when constructing our curbs and sewers for our parking lot. To be specific the owner charged for additional work in the amount of a third of the original estimate. This amount was disputed in court and the judge stated that she was troubled that the company did not update us on the ongoing cost or expected cost to complete the project. The judge found the additional amount charged was not reasonable renumeration for the work done. Please be aware of hidden cost when obtaining their services.

I called Simcoe Sewer for my water line leak, 6 ft. under my porch.. A small leak, but not a small fix, and a stressful problem at a time when I least needed it. I can't say enough about how professional and responsive they were. At every step, they helped me.

Our water line broke on Dec 17 and we were hoping to get it fixed before christmas day. We contacted Simcoe Sewer & Water and told them our problem and the next day we had a quote. Upon approval they said they would fix it early the following week. On tuesday the 22nd the crew came and was done that afternoon. The driveway was packed down like new and no leaks. Excellent timely service just before a holiday that was so appreciated!
