        So blessed to have Dr. Daraei as my Physician. Mary his secretary is amazing, whenever I leave a message I get a call back within 24 hours. For a busy office I'm pleased they are so responsive. I met Dr. Daraei in the emergency department at Soldiers Memorial Orillia, his compassion and knowledge impressed me so much. I was so happy to be accepted as his patient. That was several years ago. Great Doctor and staff, he has been through so much with myself and my husband.

        It is very difficult to get ahold of the office. You can call and leave messages and not hear back from them for months. Trying to get medical forms or referrals has proved to be impossible and I have had to seek help from tl clinics multiple times because I cannot get a call back.
