        I havent even joined yet but after emailing with Sarah back and forth a bit, Ill for sure be in sometime in the next 2 week, theyre so flexible, kind, and considerate. Every question I had was answered in a timely fashion, and wasnt auto generated! I appreciate the down to earth nature Sarah had while discussing things such as first classes, payments, attire, and events like free friend saturdays. Amazing! Cant wait to see you all in person!         I was always afraid of CrossFit. I thought I had to get in shape before joining. I thought the people would be scary. Couchiching CrossFit proved all of that to be completely not true! The environment and people are positive, friendly and supportive. Every workout I can scale to my fitness level while continuing to push myself and safely lift more than I thought possible. I feel stronger and over all more confident and have made some great friends. Highly recommend trying out a class- you will be obsessed! Its the best gym Ive ever gone to.
