Dr Ryan smith is a great dr but the secretary is very in organized she was suppose to call me with an appointment for the new year because. She didnt have the book to schedule for that year yet never received a call so I called and left messages and no reply just to find out they discharged my son for missing an appointment in November that we have no clue about really need to organize and get there stuff together

First visit left without a lot of answers and just do it her way. Second time years later told information session child wasn't required to attend. Got there told was consultation wouldn't see me! Kept me waiting long enough to pay for parking

Attentative, professional, great consultations within the office between the various doctors when necessary. Interacts well without family doctor, and SickKids. Office used to small, but new location in the main building is very nice.

I didnt even understand why this doctor was made the paediatrician to my newborn in the first place. I wasnt aware of it and I wasnt ever told that it was going to happen but in my mind this is the last person I would want looking after my son and still being in the hospital right now, we are being held hostage against our own will. Because I apparently Im having issues burping my son and this is an issue that has caused us to have to stay here for almost a week when I was told I was only going to stay overnight and I was able to leave the next day. theres no reason for us to be here theyre crying babies all over the hospital on this particular floor for women screaming in labour I cannot sleep, nor can my oldest son. I dont even know who this doctor is,however she is currently ruining my life. I would never recommend this doctor, who lacks empathy and has zero bedside manner to say the least.
