Overall poor communication from staff to client as I was told you have 30 days to try a mask or return it. Upon returning my mask I was then told that they do not refund your money. Now I have two masks and a machine that I can not use and I am out a thousand dollars. As a side note after 2 visits to rectify the problem and being told the manager will call me I waited a month and a half before receiving a call back not what I consider a timely response for a company that is promoting themselves that they are all about the client.

I needed to get new nasal cannulae for a personal oxygen system for our plane. Brought the system and the technician was able to find the exact same type I had previously. He was not familiar with the type of regulator our tank had but was able to give me some good advice where to find parts. Staff also very helpful. Waiting for callback from respirologist for NRV mask we needed. Overall good experience as I didnt know where to get the parts as it is not a common request.
