Simple and easy to use the limited types of keys is it's down fall

Took all my info for locked car keys and said a Tech will be calling me. After an hour and hearing from nobody I called back to inquire and the lady said sorry theres not a tech available to help. I asked if anybody was planning on calling me back to let me know and then she hung up on me. Useless service do not recommend.

Beyond the rudest lady I have spoken to. Didnt provide a name, spoke over as i asked for her name. When asked for simple information like price, and potential timings on when the job can be completed, all I got in return was attitude. "If you don't want there services, you can look somewhere else" her last words before hanging up. Bravo.

The keys are perfect. Thats why the 5 starts. But I lost one of my keys inside kiosk- which is stuck at the vending end. I was totally disappointed. I rather asked Walmart people, they said they dont have any access to it.
