The organization and planning made the project run smoothly(especially thanks my project manager Jocelyn). The work was finished on time and within the expected budget. While Alairs process was new to me, I found the transparency comforting as I am able to review all elements of the project spending and approve every aspect prior to moving forward. While all construction projects have challenges, Alair homes has stepped up and made the experience a positive one. I have complete trust in my Project Manager as a reflection on the Builder and would recommend them for your project needs.
