Worst company I have ever dealt with in the construction industry. Hour and a half late. Shorted both loads and when asked for the balance the dispatcher was clearly heard saying f@$* them its Friday Im not sending anymore. Tried to deal with supervisor and owner and no one would take responsibility. Pretty sure we paid for someone else to receive our order. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Wow... lol some guy answers the phone but continues his in person conversation for another minute than starts talking to me like I'm the biggest inconvenience in the world as I try and pay for the load of concrete I have set to be delivered for 5pm. Says he won't accept payment because he is out of concrete and to call back around 10am to see where he's at. Don't waste your time or money here

Awful experience, I shouldve read the reviews beforehand. They cancelled 24 hours before the pour was scheduled and when I called to find out why the receptionist was rude (she was also rude when I called to book it) and when I spoke to someone higher up she said that she wasnt required to tell me her job title when I asked. She went on to act very immature and said theres nothing that could be done, its something that happens in the industry because larger jobs increase their volume ordered and bump smaller jobs. She also said that I should be happy they gave me the courtesy of cancelling this far in advance because she couldve left it until I had workers on site at the scheduled time the day of the pour. No customer loyalty and they didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Unless youre a contractor dont bother calling them, youll be disappointed.

Called to try and do business with them and reception wouldn't even let me speak to someone who is ACTUALLY in charge. Can never understand receptionists with God complexes. What a ridiculous way to run a business. Play your role!
