Matthew has been a pleasure to work wth. He is professional, kind, quick to respond, explains everything in detail, cares about his clients and is knowledgeable about his profession. Matthew was quick to find us homes to view and followed up with other agents. He never gave up and was determined to find our family a home. Matthew was always available to answer questions and retrieve information for us. He was always there to listen during stressful times of looking for homes and trying to move in these hard times. Matthew followed up and made sure our move went well after finding our new home. His positive attitude always made you feel better . I would recommend Matthew Lightfoot to anyone looking to buy or rent a home .

My husband and I happened to cross paths with Matthew Lightfoot when we scheduled a viewing through the brokerage he works for, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us! From the second we started talking with Matthew he made us feel comfortable. As first time home buyers we were really out of our element so Matthew made sure to answer all of our questions (and we had alot as I'm sure he remembers lol) with a kind and helpful demeanor. From the viewing up until closing (and even after) Matthew was there every step of the way helping ease our concerns and always explaining thoroughly all the processes that happen with home buying. He made sure we understood everything that was going on, as I'm sure with other realtors it can become quite impersonal, but not with Matthew! He felt like a friend, someone you could trust, someone who has your best interest at heart, and it made the experience such a smooth and memorable one for us! I wish we could give him 10 stars because 5 just doesn't seem like enough! We are so grateful to have stumbled onto his path and when we are ready to sell one day we will be calling him again :) We would VERY highly recommend Matthew to anyone buying or selling, to get the best experience and service you need to find the best guy for the job and Matthew is that guy!!!
