Hi, we sold our 25 acre farmhouse in Severn Bridge with Michelle Gravelle-Doran a couple years ago. She was great to deal. Very easy going and a real professional with the whole process. We ended up following a lot of her advice and it really paid off. We literally had our front yard full of luxury vehicles for a few days - it was incredible. Cristina and Steve Roughly a year ago, Steve and I began our online house search. We inquired about a few homes from a few different websites. Doug was the only agent who contacted us directly and simply told us if we needed anything he could help. So, we started dealing only with him. Doug was extremely patient with us. You see, we were fist time home buyers. Many times, we changed our minds on location, price, or even going through with it. We were nervous and uncertain. Nevertheless, Doug remained loyal to us and our dream. Not once did we feel rushed, nor pressured. He is the most positive and patient man we've met. He's not just a real estate agent to us. It's been 6 weeks since we moved in & I think it's going to take a while till we are completely settled. I've started this letter over a week ago & keep getting distracted. Anastasia Langiano was amazing, helping me and my wife sell our house, and buy our dream home. She was a true professional, maintaining constant communication with us so she always knew what we were looking for, and making sure that we understood what the changing real estate situation would mean for us. Through all of our conversations we could trust that Anastasia had our best interest at heart. When selling our home, Anastasia helped us with everything.
