I have been obtaining chiropractic treatment from Dr Elana Silverman and she is incredible. She is very friendly and goes out of way to ensure my injury is treated with great care. She often spends extra time with me. I cant thank her and Amber enough for the great care and exceptionally friendly service. I have also received custom orthodics and compression socks - which is how I initially met Dr Silverman. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and would highly recommend Dr Silverman.

I came to Back in Balance Healthcare in terrible condition. My back was giving up on me, I couldn't walk straight and the pain was unbearable! Dr. Elana Silverman gave me an amazing professional treatment with knowledge and understanding. After a very first treatment, I already walked straight and the pain went away. I am so impressed with her professionalism! Thank you Dr. Silverman! I know you can help many people with the back problems! Your knowledge is great!

I came to Dr. Elana with excruciating pain in my right foot and heel. It became so back that I was limping and couldn't walk for longer than 5 min. Dr. Elana put together a treatment plan that was time and money sensitive. On the initial visit, she performed a biomechanical evaluation and fit me for Orthotics. These were the best orthotics I have ever worn compared to other ones I received at other clinics. Within a week I was walking like I had brand new feet. Dr. Elana is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. Her clinic is clean and organized. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I take my 6 year old boxer girl to see Dr. Elena. Nikki is a rescue, we adopted her when she was 2.5 years old, and from the get-go she demonstrated a lot of health issues, including needing TTA (knee surgery due to a partially torn ACL ligament that she had gotten when she was 6 months old and her previous owners never bothered to get fixed), as well she as spondylosis in her spine, plus bone bridging as well as various digestive issues. When we first met Dr. Elena we were desperate for help, Nikki was in so much pain, and all the other chiropractors wanted a lot of money up front and as well as seeing her 3-4 times a week, and we just didn't have the money. Dr. Elena understood and worked with our budget as well as Nikki (because she was hurting so bad she didn't like strangers touching her, especially when she hurt). It took a few weeks, but Dr. Elena was very patient and understanding of Nikki's issues, and after a few chiropractic treatments, Nikki started to show signs of feeling better and less painful, she was happier, wanting to play, wanting to go for short walks again and most importantly she was starting to enjoy being a boxer dog again with her sister (our 2nd boxer). We've been with Dr. Elena for at least 3 years and we will ALWAYS take our girls to see her, and have recommended her to several other boxer owners who's dogs are dealing with issues that a chiropractor can help them with. Today Nikki is doing wonderful, thanks in a HUGE part to Dr. Elena, Nikki still sees her monthly (sometimes bi-monthly depending on how much she is hurting). Nikki LOVES seeing her "special doctor" and always feels better afterwards. If your dog needs chiropractic help, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Elena, she's the best in my opinion, and Nikki's opinion as well!
