I contacted Hy-Grade about replacing my roof a little over 2 weeks ago, I got a call from John before the end of that week to see if he could come by and measure up early the following week. After John's visit - and having a great chat, I had a quote in my inbox later that evening. From there, I asked if they could get my roof completed by July 3rd - and while no promises were made, they said they would see what they could do. Long story short, the Hy-Grade team pulled together - Matt called me to see if they could drop materials later that week - and then the friendly, hard-working installation team showed up June 25th, had my roof strapped and levelled by midday and had the entire roof finished by the end of that day! The crew put in a good day and made my roof look fantastic. From start to finish, these folks were great to deal with, while answering all my questions along the way...and made me a very happy customer. John came by today to measure and assess the situation. Very nice guy and the product sounds good. A little mix up on what time I thought he was coming, probably my fault, but all is good. Looking forward to receiving a quote.
