I bought a Freedom Ultra Mobility scooter from the Orillia store. Dan and the other guys were patient, supportive and very creative with modifying the scooter so it met my disability needs after having a stroke. I now have mobility and independence. I love my scooter and appreciate the lessons they provided to help me get used to it. Thank you to all the staff who listened to and observed my wishes and needs and made my dream happen!! And Super E-bikes price was very reasonable and beat all the other mobility stores! You cant go wrong with this group of guys!!

Sal and his team have been the best people our family has been dealing with for all our e-sporting need. Great explanation guides us to excellent shopping experience even when we were done online or in-person. They are highly recommended. They got great communication skill, experienced sales for your actual need at reasonable pricings and all come into a quick response time. Thank YOU!

Couldnt be happier with Sal and his team with the purchase of my Surron. I was genuinely provided with exceptional service from the start to the finish of the buying process. I could easily say this was one of the best experiences Ive had buying a vehicle from a dealership. Everything from communication with Sal, to quoting me a very fair price, down to delivering the bike right to my doorstep was well beyond my expectations. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone looking to buy a Surron or other e bikes to check them out.

MASSIVE THANK YOU!!! Andrew, Sal and Quin thank you! I had taken my Talaria Sting to a mechanic in downtown Toronto who ended up scamming me; I let Super E Bikes know of my situation and they were immediately all so willing to help out. Andrew scheduled a time to pick up my bike the next day and the entire team here was very professional and took careful care of the bike to ensure it was in safe and working order. They came all the way to downtown Toronto just to help me out! I was impressed by the service here and genuinely grateful for how respectful and honest they were with me; I would highly suggest anyone that is interested in ebikes and/or repairs, to come in to their shop and see for themselves. Worth mentioning I bought my bike here as well initially, and more than 1 year later it has been nothing but amazing. Kudos to Andrew, Sal and Quin, thank you again for all your help, and appreciate all the hard work you guys do. Definitely coming back here again.
