EasyTireOn serviced my car today and true to their word, they were here on time and within 30 minutes, my winter tires were off and my all season tires were on and inflated. Great price and saved me from lifting tires in and out of my car. I will be a customer of theirs from now on for seasonal tire changes.

Why would anyone bring their tires to a mechanic shop and bring them back home?? These guys did a great job in my driveway, quickly, for less money, all while I sat in my house and had a cup of coffee. Cant beat that....

For what is worth here is our experience we had with Easy TireOn. I say, "for what is worth" because I know reviews can be taken down, specially negative ones, and because the owner seemed very indifferent in his tardiness for the appointment that was agreed on for 9am . At the time of booking the appointment we made him aware that we needed service for 3 vehicles and 1 of them needed to be service first, and done before 11am, due to work schedule. 9:23am rolled around and no text informing us why he was running late. So we decided to reach out to him. Understanding that perhaps he may have been tide up with another job and was running late. We never heard back from him till 9:58 saying he was on his way from Orillia, which would have been approximately 40 minute drive to my location. Not explanation was given as to why he was almost an hour late or an apology. By this time there was no point in him coming to our home to provide his service because one of the vechiles was not going to get done in time. So we proceeded to politely decline his service. He answered with an "OK" . And so this is the perfect example of how you lose customers. No professionalism. No accountability. No communication. No respect for being on time.I also understand that this is a busy time of year however more professionalism and communication would have been beneficial.
