        I have never felt so unwelcome as a customer in my life. The 'lady' working there was literally the worst customer service I have ever had. Nothing was priced, maybe because everything was over priced. I would rather drive to Barrie than give this establishment another penny.

        Extremely knowledgeable. Explained different supplements and recommendations. Did not try to push different supplements on me as other suppliers have in the past. Really good place to get your supplies.

        Went into the Orillia location to purchase BATCH 27 PRE WORKOUT, when I got there NOTHING was priced. Not even 1 item. No signage either. So I spoke to (I believe) the owner. He told me he did not price items because the prices changed frequently. I told him I was a store manager for Sobeys and we have thousands of price changes weekly but stuff needs to be priced I am not prepared to ask them prices for every item. So I made a small $57 purchase but will never return. Too bad because it's directly across the street from my house and I could have been a long term customer
