Water Depot Orillia

A few years back I purchased a Kinetico water softener from another local business and had terrible luck and service. I decided to replace my unit, and after visiting several businesses chose the Water Depot. The service was amazing! They didnt try and upsell, they explained their products, offered me choices and the subsequent installation was seamless and quick. I am extremely happy with my new softener. I had a small leak in a hose that turned out to be unrelated to the water softener and they came and fixed it without question and didnt charge me a penny even though it wasnt their doing.I would highly recommend the water depot for your next purchase!

Jon has been opening and servicing our cottage water system which includes an iron removal unit for several years. He and Water Depot Orillia have been nothing but professional, friendly and far above average in the service they provide. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and his company for the installation or service of any water system.

We recently had a water softener system installed by Water Depot in Orillia. John was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly from quoting the job to the installation. He answered our many questions thoroughly & patiently. We are very happy with our new water softener & the service we received!

The best. Friendly service. Always feel welcome and they help seniors out. Not Lindsay. Self service with no consideration of seniors that have a hard time. Young kids that are always on computer.

Honest, reliable and professional sum's up my 6 yrs being a client. I called yesterday, John came today to check out our Water softener system I thought it was broken. John checked it, did some tests and changed some settings, but he said nothing was broken. So nice to know there are still some honest companies in our community. Happy client, no big unneeded service repair charges. Thanks once again John
