Signed up Friday; last day of promotion for 1st month free. As it turns out I forgot to add the needed promotion code so didn't get the discount. As soon as I submitted I tried to get back to the previous page to see if it was there but couldn't. Once I received my receipt on Monday, I called customer service right away. They said yes I had failed to enter promo code and no they could not correct this omission (on my part). All I can say is it's very disappointing as a senior to not have support. Well not even the senior bit, just to not have support.
