I have found out about RenoPermit from one of my co-workers at work that had a great experience. My parents needed some help with a renovation they were doing. Astrit (the owner) and his team are super professional and have helped with the structural drawings / permits for the City of Ottawa. They take the time to explain everything step by step, have great communication and keep the client in the loup with everything that happens. I would recommend RenoPermit to anyone that wants an amazing experience!

The gang at RenoPermit are helping us with our deck project and they are great to work with! They keep us informed every step of the way. After a site visit, they produced engineering drawings and coordinated the acquisition of a building permit. Keep up the good work guys -youre awesome!

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Improper load calculations have cause the LVL to FAIL. Instead of admitting the error they had the nerve to blame the LVL company. Looks like the courts will settle this. Another complaint has been filed with the Engineering Society of Ontario. CONSUMERS BEWARE

We contacted RenoPermit about some structural work to our 40+ year old home to open up the space. They prepared the necessary structural drawings as well as managed the city permit process for us. From the beginning of the project to the end, Astrit and his team were a delight to work with and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with Astrit's responsiveness and ability to prioritize safety and quality of the structure while being sensitive to cost and time considerations in identifying possible approaches. Astrit was very prompt in his communication and quick to clear up any issues or misunderstandings throughout the process. Astrit was also very quick to adapt as the work uncovered new issues and present solutions to keep the project on track. In addition, we benefitted from Astrit's network in being able to find different trades in a short amount of time, which is no easy feat given the high demand for their services during this time. We have another major renovation project planned in a few years and will absolutely use RenoPermit again given our wonderful experience. Thanks RenoPermit!

I rarely leave reviews but when I do its because I received exceptional service. I needed to obtain a building permit to do some renovations on my basement and after thoroughly researching some companies that could help me with this. I decided to give RenoPermit the job. Astrit (The Owner) never relies on speculation, he really knows his stuff and was always available to address all of my questions and concerns. He is extremely professional and makes you feel really comfortable right from the start. The other staff are also very knowledgeable and worked side by side with me to explain where we are at in the process of obtaining my permit. I had asked for changes to my plans and he was more than willing to fix the plans to meet my requests. If you are trying to get a building permit in a timely manner while still getting the support you need from professionals. RenoPermit is the way to go. Hands down.
