Orleans Martial Arts Kung-Fu Patenaude

I have been going for about 3months. Gained 12 lbs of muscle with the proper diet. In terms of combat skills, my power has increased but the reflex and speed improved dramatically. A few extra practice sessions with the fight team and I don't even flinch at incoming strikes. The reason for all this improvements is because of the great team. Even when sparring, the other members have great respect to each other. There aren't there to hurt or show boat. No judgment!

My husband and I decided to try kickboxing for the first time and signed up for classes with Patenaude martial arts. Upon entering the establishment, we felt a little intimated and out of place but the staff member greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable right away. We were set aside with a teacher to show us the basics so we can join the rest of the class in the future. The next day, a staff member emailed us to follow-up up on our session which was very nice of him to do so and made us feel important and part of a team. Overall, I would highly recommend this martial arts studio as they are professional, courtious and welcoming. Kudos to the Patenaude team!
