        This pet valu location is by far my favorite, the staff is always helpful and the new renovation is amazing. Jenn the groomer is super knowledgeable and skilled, follow her advice and you'll have an amazing grooming experience and your dog will feel loved. Highly recommend!

        Absolutely LOVE the staff at this location and Jen is such an amazing human and wonderful groomer! She takes special care of our boys Maverick and Hunter and they love her back. Jens special attention to recommend whats best for our puppies and the love she shows them keeps us coming back for regular visits. Thank you Orleans team!

      Thank you so very much for this review! It is so appreciated! The renovation was somewhat stressful. And we are still figuring out where everything is now. But my team really kept on trying to deliver great service regardless.

      Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you didn’t feel welcomed in the store. We take pride in our customer service and are often complimented on it, so it was very disappointing to discover that we not deliver. Without making excuses, we have been under interior construction over last 5 weeks which has been very disruptive to customers and staff alike. Again, my apologies. I
