ABC Pediatric Therapies

In agreement with previous reviews, the clinic does absolutely only focus on making money. As parents, sometimes your week gets away from you and you can't always provide your 24 hours cancellation notice. After going on weekly basis and bi-weekly basis, for almost 6 months without ever being late or cancelling, you would think they would have some empathy for not cancelling with ample notice. Especially when you're not in the country and with limited access to internet or email. After asking if this can be waived, after we brought up the clinic has cancelled on us with less than 24 hours, because our therapist was "sick", and we took their word for it, because you trust and you have empathy. Their answer is they are flexible when people are sick. I could have lied and said we were sick, but I honestly thought that they would be understanding. I told them to charge the $75 late fee and cancel all upcoming appointments to the end of the year, they're was no client support and this made me realize that my child is just a dollar figure, there is truly no care. I hope that $75 was worth the $5,000 you could've made on us.

My daughter is seeing Anika from ABC, she is so wonderful with kids! Anika is knowledgeable and kind, she makes learning so fun and enjoyable for the little ones. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a SLP for their kiddos, Anika is the best!

I brought my son for a first time consultation the other day and I was blown away by this place. We met with Annick and she was wonderful. She made the process so easy and comfortable for my son and I and we got the evaluation and results within an hour. Fantastic services.

We are incredibly fortunate to have found ABC Pediatric therapies. Sharon has been instrumental in assisting our son to develop his language and enunciation over the last year. She is an experienced practitioner who is very resourceful and incredibly patient. Above all she genuinely cares about the well-being and development of our child. We look forward to continuing this learning journey with Sharon's assistance.

I dont know where my son would be without the speech therapy he received from ABC therapists. Without exaggeration, theyve changed the course of his life. Their patience, attention, retroaction and flexibility sets them apart from any other speech therapy clinic. Our therapist took the time to get to know our son, even going so far as finding what type of stickers he would like so she could motivate him with rewards. If you need help or are at a loss, go seek the support you need at this clinic... you wont regret it.
