        I called today for information about a dental procedure. The secretary was informative but spoke to me in a condescending tone and then when the conversation was over- she didnt say goodbye but just hung up! How rude!!! Certainly a ZERO on the customer service scale!!

        Always professional and friendly and efficient at what they do. booking is easy and a phone call to you by their staff to remind you of your upcoming appointment. Very personable approach! Dr. Sparkes was awesome!
