Hearing Solutions is a fantastic place to have your hearing problems attended to.From the receptionist to the audiologist (Merris) they are polite, knowledgeable, and ready,willing, & able to satisfy your needs.I left there feeling totally satisfied and highly recommend them!

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HEARING AID ASSISTANCE. I have had hearing aids for 20 years. The testing I was given was the best and most thorough ever. When you add to that the problems I was having were explained for me in great detail. I was thrilled. For the first time I understood the purpose of domes. The audiologist (I wish I could remember her name) gave me new domes and it was enough of a fix that my hearing was better than it has been for years.

I would like to say that the customer service l received at Hearing Solutions was top notch! Right from the very first phone call to receiving my hearing aids. Not only was l shown & taught everything l need to know about my new hearing aids but everything was explained by the Audiologist as different tests were preformed. The receptionist/secretary was always pleasant, polite & cheerful & made you feel very welcome & you didnt feel rushed. Not even us older folks that dont move as quick as we use to! The Audiologist is so easy to talk to, answers every question you have, preforms every test & tells you what she is doing before she touches you. I felt like l was talking to a friend instead of a Medically Trained professional. I cant say enough good things about this Hearing Solutions! because l cant find fault in anything they do. I am an R.N. but l learned more about hearing loss from the lady at Hearing Solutions than we did in College. Take my word, you will feel comfortable & relaxed & they will explain everything to you about hearing loss & hearing aids so you understand. I know why they were voted #1 for the last 6 years as the best in the business, its because the are!
