        From the moment Jessica answered the phone I knew I would be getting my taxes done with her. The first four places I called were basically unprofessional because the phone experience left me wondering if I could trust these places. But Jessica was on the ball and in few words she conveyed enough to convince me that her company was legit and knowlegble enough to handle my taxes. She even addressed silent concerns that I had and I was able to relax and let her do her thing. I will be doing my taxes with her from now on because I am a very happy customer.
