Left work early to come view a 2 bedroom apartment for rent after speaking with the rental office last night. Was told no problem just come after 9am, I arrived at 1130am. Unable to reach anyone in the office after calling 4 times. If this is any indication how they communicate with their tenants, Ill be looking elsewhere. What a circus.

Wish I could do 0 stars. What a horribly managed property. No one in the office ever answers calls or emails, work orders take months to complete and are not done properly when they are finally completed. Now theres problems with bugs/cockroaches. Do your self a favour and look elsewhere for housing. Avoid Capreit like the plague. UPDATE: They have replied to my review asking for direct feedback. I sent them an email and have had no reply after 3 weeks. What a joke.

Rental office very very unprofessional drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to a viewing that was booked for 430 they proceeded to tell me that I dont have a viewing booked and then I explain to them that I called two days ago and booked it they then say oh the room is open so you can just go view it by yourself then didnt buzz me in to the building like what do you mean view it by myself like so unprofessional dont move here place is a joke
