Is anyone working at this office? Is the email working? I sent an email about 5 days ago, not even an automatic "message received", and no reply. Just in case anyone wonders what the topic was I wanted to know as a homeowner in Durham region, if this office is aware that none of the walk in clinics are taking patients, rostered or not, during the day. This govt expects everyone to go to an already overburdened hospital for help? You call the MOH and they send you to the CPSO, and back again Feel free to answer my email though by the reading here, replies lately are not forthcoming.

ever sense the pandemic they never answer the phone and I haven't got a call back ive tried many times Ive even emailed. sad to see the MPP no longer cares

Andrew is a great disappointment , I feel this office is all about lies and deception, they tell you what you want to hear , I've called left msgs , have had NO reply back , nothing is done about your concerns , questions , etc . .. It's sad the way your staff represent your office and Party . If this is how it is then my vote is not goin ndp again , Very disappointed . Maybe an in house cleansing is need , cause the staff there now seem to comfortably in there positions .

Why do I even have to give her one star? Thats being generous. Last winter my son experienced a sudden and unexpected mental health issue. The hospital system let us down. I reached out to my MPP. In my first attempt I spoke to a man who was more interested in talking about himself and made it clear that I was not going to receive any assistance from their office. After battling with the Oshawa hospital patient assistance line, I called Jennifer again. It went to voicemail. I left my name and number and asked that Jennifer call because speaking with one of her employees amounted to nothing. I NEVER heard from her. I recently spoke with a member of my MPs staff, who called me within 24 hours of leaving a message. I told her about the lack of help from Jennifers office. She told me that the MPs office receives regular complaints regarding the MPPs office. Im not surprised .
