Dr. Horace Cheng (ENT - Head & Neck Surgery)

We moved to East recently and was my first meeting with Dr. Cheng. The receptionist was amazing, kind and nice spoken. during and after my appointment was complete, I felt unheard, confused and felt low for the rest of the day. Felt I am judged even before putting concerns forward. Not sure at all. I have another appointment in 4 months. I will change my rating if my next appointment brings any better experience.

I am having pain and swelling in right ear, jaw. He checked my CT SCAN/MRI and said there is nothing wrong with my ear. I said why do I have so much pain in my ear and he said everybody has pain somewhere, he finally said he will do another MRI but this time on my JAW. He grabbed my face, chin, ear area, did I forgot to mention that it's swollen and sore. He said he will call me in 3 months. I'll do the tests he wants but not going back for resulys

My experience was great. The office gave me an appointment only few weeks after my referral from my family doctor. The doctor saw me at the exact time my appointment was with no wait. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them immediately. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. The receptionist was very nice with me. Overall, great experience!
