Awesome place I find to get help even though the wait is a little long I respect the nurses and mental health doctors in this hospital Ik that it's not there fault it's because it gets busy so the wait is not there fault so I rate them 10 out of 10 and 10 out of 10 for mental health they figure out a problem and make it happen

You are better off getting yourself to another hospital. I would give this hospital a zero but I cant do that on google reviews. Avoid this place like the plague. The emergency room Dr. Katey Jakins is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor ever. She completely cuts you off and is uncompassionate. She doesnt care and keeps asking what you want her to do. She doesnt have time to listen and leaves abruptly to see other patients. Excuse me Dr.Jakins, last time I checked you are the doctor so do your job. It is like she doesnt want to be a doctor. She needs to be fired. Worst doctor ever. How did you even get your license? U of T should have never given you your degree. We ended up leaving because she was literally no help and was extremely rude and uncompassionate to the situation. If you have anything neurological or spinal cord injury related this hospital will not help whatsoever.

I wish I could give 0 stars! If you really care for loved one, do not take them to this hospital. They do the bare minimum or even less, spread misinformation, do more care. The hospital has given so much grief and trauma, I will never to be able to trust the Healthcare team. The ER team is rude and neglectful and the mental health support is nonexistent. Dr. Massabki does not care and treats patients like inferiors and and the CAIP unit staff as well. Really really terrible and awful experience.

Volunteer says I'm not paying attention and talking to much since I missed the signs. Why volunteer if your going to be rude to folks. No stars if I could
