Office is a joke. The assistant is snarky and the lawyer himself will tell you what you want to hear, then leave you hanging. Figures he's a politician. They'll not get another dime from me. Response to reply below: Thanks for proving to the world that you indeed are snarky. Your responses to any negative review shows you for the petty individual you must be. Why don't you "cheer up a little bit" and get to work actually helping your clients instead of monitoring Google reviews all day? And yes, you did leave me hanging several times. Simply saying you didn't doesn't make it true. People will eventually see your firm for the joke it is, so keep it up. This is the way you charlatans (my opinion) treat someone who has gone through death in the family and comes to you for estate work. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. What goes around comes around. P.S. - It's not my "expectation shortfall". When you tell someone you're going to do something and then don't do it, that's on you.
