When I called the main desk, Informed the receptionist about my hair type and the need for washing prior to styling, so the receptionist booked me a time slot that would cover hair wash and styling. The hairdresser refused to wash my hair and proceeded to style it. When I expressed concern that my frizzy and oily hair would not stay straight without washing, the hairdresser informed me that she only had one hour and was already booked back-to-back. Eventually, she rushed to wash my hair and then hurriedly styled it within 30 minutes. The result was unsatisfactory and my hair lost its shape as soon as I left the salon. This was a waste of money and time. The salon needs to prioritize effective communication between staff members and ensure that appropriate time slots are booked for customers. The lack of communication between the receptionist and the hairdresser resulted in an unprofessional and disappointing experience for me.

I will start off by saying that the lady who did my hair was very lovely. The entire crew in the salon on Sunday was absolutely great, actually! Got me in same day for an appointment and were super accommodating and kind. That being said, I did not leave the salon with the haircut I wanted. I explained what I wanted and showed the stylist pictures, as she requested to see. Not only did I not get the hair style I requested, she definitely did not blend correctly and I'm looking like a very frizzy Dora the Explorer only 1 day after leaving the salon. The stylist straightened my hair and finished texturizing that way - so I guess it looked fine while straight, but I very explicitly explained that I LOVE my hair texture and needed my haircut to work WITH it. I'm mostly upset because of the price I paid for the cut. My hair was categorized as "Long-Advanced" which had a price tag of 89$ plus the 15% tip.... Bringing me well over $100 for a haircut that wasn't worth the price I paid. My hair is maybe 2 inches below shoulder level and has a wavy curl to it (plus I have a large portion of my hair undercut, decreasing the amount of actual hair to cut)- so neither long nor complicated. I feel like I could have taken that same amount of money and paid a Senior Stylist at a salon and gotten a much more skilled haircut. I'm not really blaming the stylist - I think she worked within the parameters of her skill set. I'm just upset that it cost me so much money and I'm overall disappointed with my hair.

Not the place to go to find your signature look that suits you. Literally asked before hand if you could help me find a hair cut and style to suit my face shape and was told you could help. Thanks for letting me leave looking like a mushroom clown. I wanted bangs and shaggy layers, inspired by the modern female mullet... not Toad from Mario. If someone has thin hair, maybe listen when they say they want choppy layers up top so when they tease their bangs, they look full, instead of like a solid bang helmet coming from the back of the head... Called to ask if they had a colour available and the staff member wouldn't go check and just told me no it's not in when I ask nicely. Went by the store and saw it on the shelf but I won't be spending my money with the type of customer service I received over the phone
