Booked 7 days. TV still not working after 24 hours and staff have no idea when it will be fixed. Asked for transfer to another Executive Suite like ours but TV not working in entire hotel it seems. Referred to maintenance and manger with no result. Have waisted hours trying to do resets as described by desk. Desk not telling new arrivals that TV not working.
