I was very impressed with this insurance company , especially with the guy who dealt with all my insurance paperwork. I hope he doesn't mind if I mention his name, but I have to commend Awais Izhaar. His professionalism, customer service, patience, easy- to -talk -to attributes are the best I've ever encountered. I was literally stressed trying to find a good auto insurance company but when I came across to Billyard Insurance group and spoke with Awais, he took care of all my worries and walked me through the process step by step. First impression is always the most important part of any business and Awais went beyond and above in providing excellent service to me and that reflects good on the Billyard insurance group. I just want to express my thanks to him and I will absolutely refer anyone I know who is hunting for auto insurance, because they are the best!!
