Horrible experience. All the charges were paid by the sender upfront. When I went to collect money, the agent is asking $10 charge if I collect cash, otherwise they will provide Cheque, not even a bank draft! I can not trust cheque because it could bounce which is more hassle!
Decided to go with the cash with $10 charge and they didnt provide any receipt for this. They must give money in cash without any charge when all the charges paid upfront.
