Ohip covered patients be aware!! The exam with Dr. Taggar was great but at the end I was slapped with a surprise $55 charge for a scan they did at the beginning of the exam without telling me that it wasn't covered by my ohip coverage. Be mindful during your visit of what is and isn't covered. Eta: they reversed the charge after I complained. They claimed they had told me before the appointment but I had set up my appointment by email so I had records.

I highly recommend Dr. Blakolmer and her entire team. I have a reoccurring eye injury that is extremely painful... when it flares up Dr. Blakolmer and her staff literally go above and beyond the call of duty to address the issue and treat it promptly. If l could give them 10 stars, l would!

Dr Blakolmer has been my optometrist for many years now. She's patient, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I have a recurrent eye issue and she always takes her time to help diagnose and recommend treatments. She investigates the issue fully, which shows she's truly invested in the health of my eyes. I've always felt very supported by her and would recommend her and her colleagues to anyone looking for the best eye care.

We had Dr. Taggar see our 9yo daughter. He is the best eye doctor we have ever seen. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter is getting the proper treatment she needed for a very complex condition in her eyes. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our prayers and best wishes for Dr. Taggar and his team.

I visited Dr. Dana Blakolmer optimist clinic for the first time one week ago and I had a great experience with Dr. Brian Yeung he is incredibly detailed and he ensures you are getting the best care; he took the time to throughly to explain my vision issues and didnt rush my appointment. I will highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. Thanks Dr. Brian
