Excellent service from the Plumbing Doctor. We had a water leak from a pipe in our upstairs en suite. Emergency call - came right away. Garrett provided very professional service. He found our problem and repaired it quickly - he knows his stuff! Thank you Plumbing Doctor...hopefully we won't need you in the future, but if we do, you have our business! We cannot thank Kelly and his team enough for all their help in fixing a leak in our basement! Right before Christmas, during a heavy snow storm, our basement began flooding and I must have called every plumber in the GTA for help but no one could make it out due to weather. Kelly was the only one who talked us through the problem and gave us tests we could do to determine the issue. When he was able to come out to inspect, he was able to diagnose exactly what the problem was due to his expertise and years of experience (something other plumbers in the past have missed due to it being an older home that was renovated before we purchased). His crew did a fantastic job on the repair and were very professional. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future. The plumbing doctor was very helpful when I called they could not have a plumber out to my house for a few days and they referred me to their competition who came out the same day at fix my problem.
