Great property management team that manages the townhouse condo Corp that I live in. Very professional and honest , with my past experiences dealing with other property managers just delaying and ignoring real issues in our complex Sterling Condominiums Services are one the best out there.

There has been a change in ownership recently and we have noticed a huge improvement in service. Any issues Ive brought forward such as my clogged downpipe and the shingle repair that was needed due to a storm were addressed quickly and in a friendly and supportive manner. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews on here because I've had the opposite experience. Sterling is affordable and offers a quality service!! I 100% recommend.

The Property Manager worked with me to investigate and resolve a basement leak we were experiencing. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get a contractor out to resolve the issue.

I've lived on the property for many years and learned that not a lot of people understand how condominium corporation work. I learned a lot when I got on the Board of Directors (BOD) and at first I assumed management was responsible for a lot of the issues, but I learned that all decisions are made by the BOD. Managements job is to provide guidance to ensure rules and regulations are followed and to work for the BOD to communicate with contractors, homeowners, etc. Sterling has always felt like a family-run business. We have never found other management services that offer the same wonderful value for service.
