I should have trusted the reviews. Worst to deal with. 15 days only to the lease, asked for a maintenance and was asked to change the place if you don't like it. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

I wish I could say good things about the owner of my apartment, I really do. But unfortunately he is not a nice man. He has done mentally abusive things to tenants, refused weather services and attempted to scam multiple other tenants, who were elderly, into paying multiple months of rent at a time. He has thrown tantrums to tenants and screamed at them. This is extremely crude behavior from an owner and unacceptable to treat other human beings this way.

(RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY) Horrible service, went and looked at a unit they lied about the apartment being what it was, they wanted $300 for a key deposit! They wanted me to e-transfer $1660 with out even telling me I was approved or not. Roger was extremely rude & felt offended when I asked basic questions about how the approval works with them. Told me to look for another place and says bye bye have a nice day with out elaborating or letting me finish my sentence. I would say this is a form of legal robbery for what they pull and how rude they are. As much as the market sucks and you are limited for apartments DO NOT go to them.

These people are absolutely terrible. Do not rent. You will regret it. They will keep you stressed out constantly. Worst landlords imaginable.

Roger and his crew took over in June and theyve caused nothing but problems for the tenants. Entering units without proper notice (everything hand written), even if youre home or not. Doing maintenance as late as 11pm at night, cutting grass as early as 7am on weekends and as petty as taking away the picnic tables that were already there stating were not allowed outsideof our own building. Shameful
