We are so thankful that we ran into Kevin at an open house, because we cannot imagine what our home search would have been like without him! The best decision we made when moving was choosing Bickle Brand Homes and especially Kevin to both buy and sell! We interviewed a few local agents and though all were reputable and successful, Kevin and Josh really connected with us and blew us away with their strategy, enthusiasm, and humour They were genuinely excited about working with us and about our house. The photography and staging to the MLS listing and house website, everything was beautiful and tailored to our home. With a staggering number of showings and offers, Kevin handled things with the utmost enthusiasm and professionalism, and it paid off! On the buying end, house hunting was a blast and we had so much fun with Kevin seeing a variety of old and unique homes. When we finally found the right one, Kevin was again professional and direct when dealing with the other agent and got us the house in a competitive market at a fantastic price! Real estate is business, but there is no reason it cant be fun as well! Working with Kevin was like working with an old friend and that made all the difference. Without a doubt choosing Kevin to be our realtor was the right choice! For us first time home buyers he took the time to explain everything (with the process AND extremely detailed when viewing the houses) and was literally available at ANY time to answer questions! Valerie is an absolute all star! After our previous agent fell through, she stepped up to help us buy our first home. She very quickly picked up on what we were looking for and arranged to view a few houses that weekend. By the end of the weekend, we had an accepted offer on our home! She made sure to stay in regular contact with us all the way to closing and even checking in with us afterwards. Wish I could give 6 stars!
