Allen is a very educated and easy going Agent. Took us along to multiple properties on multiple days and kept the same enthusiasm all the way through. He has a good system that helped us rank each property. He also got us into a couple properties we wanted to see last minute! Allen will not only make purchasing your home a smooth experience but an enjoyable one! We are so happy we chose Allen to be our realtor. Looking at houses can be stressful, but he made it enjoyable and productive. One day we saw 6 houses and he made sure we would all talk about each house, pros cons and how we felt about it before moving on to the next so we wouldnt get caught up in how many we were seeing and would find the right home for us. He definitely has your likes, needs, and wants in mind when helping you find a home which has been great and very helpful. Now we have found a home the suits us perfectly.
