We hired Kayla to sell our house and she helped us buy a new one as well. We had a very specific neighbourhood in mind with a limited number of houses for sale. Kayla was able to find us a house in our neighbourhood of choice that met all our requirements & she helped us outbid 20 offers & stay within our budget. From the time we contacted her until the time we closed she treated us like we were her only client. Kayla was honest, professional, knowledgeable,friendly, and extremely responsive. She really helped to take the pressure off of us. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kayla.

My Mum recently sold her beloved family home through The Kayland Group and they were simply awesome. Tracey and Kevin were brilliant to deal with and worked tirelessly to get the house sold. It was a tough for my Mum having recently lost our Dad, but T&K were patient, supportive, understanding and respectful -it really meant a lot to her. It is difficult styling a pre-loved family home but they did a brilliant job (with thanks to the wonderful Aleah) and created something that really appealed to the young family buyer. All of this achieved in very short time frame and at a reasonable cost. They kept us going through the up & done of the sales, looked after Mum and deal with our crazy family (split over 3 continents). And in the end of course most importantly Mum got a great price that she was happy with. Could not recommended them highly enough-six stars!

Absolute pleasure working with Tracy and her entire team! Friendly, courteous, and very hard working through the many showings and phone calls, and issues we had. Best team in Durham, wouldn't want to buy or sell with anyone else! Tracy's experience in the region shows and years of knowledge pay off! I purchased my first house this summer and realized very quickly that there was much more to know than I anticipated. Kayla and Tracy were an absolute blessing and I'm so grateful to have worked with them. Here are a few things they did that were particularly awesome: Prompt Responses: I asked Kayla 101 question every week practically and she always responded quickly with all the info I wanted no matter what day it was. Took Me To Every House: During the process I saw a total of 47 houses. Kayla got me insider information on every one I asked for AND even picked me up and drove me to many of them. I only have a car half the time so it would have been difficult to see houses promptly if Kayla hadn't been so gracious to drive for a few of our house runs. Honesty & Integrity: Both Kayla and Tracy were really honest with me about the house, neighbourhood and the insider details about the houses we saw. They followed through on everything they promised and were never late once. Great Information: Through the process and even afterwards, they have given me so much great information about how to improve the value of our home, what paint colours are the best for our lighting and they even email me every time there's a listing in my area so I can compare my home value to our neighbours. We are SO happy and feel we got an incredible deal on our house. I swear Kayla saved us thousands and is helping up make thousands more by consulting with us on our home upgrades. You honestly won't be disappointed with the Mullin Lloyd Team!
