I had the pleasure of working with Naomi at Lincoln Realty and it was a great experience from beginning to end! I had a lot of uncertainties with this being my first house purchase, but I found Naomi to be very honest and trustworthy about the good and the bad of each property we saw. She's very knowledgeable about the Durham area. She's great with communication and was always available for questions and viewings throughout my search. I would recommend Naomi to anyone that's looking to buy, or selling one of their own!

When I decided to move out of south Durham Region to head north for quieter surroundings, I wasnt quite sure what to expect in the real estate market north of the GTA. Jayson, and the team from Lincoln Realty, guided me through such unknowns as septic tanks, woodstoves, propane heating and getting water from a well. Jayson had sound knowledge of all the different variables when it came to these things. There was a lot for me to take in. Jayson came through with flying colours in guiding me down the appropriate path. Lincoln Realty found a wonderful home for me. My new home has met all of my needs and desires. Without Jaysons knowledge and professionalism I may have made a mistake in purchasing something with hidden problems. If you are looking for a home in the Kawarthas or surrounding area, I would highly recommend Lincoln Realty.
