I had the pleasure of working with Grant over the last few months on the sale of my Income Property. Grant was very knowledgeable of the market and did his homework when pricing it. I wasn't in a position that I had to sell, but I never felt any pressure to take a lower offer just to sell it. We were both on the exact same page from the get go.
