Oshawa Clinic Centre for Sleep Medicine

I have been there twice for a sleep studies. Both times they were professional and courteous. When Ive needed files many years later, the girl was very friendly and helpful and got them right to me. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone complains, but in all honesty, you are going to be hooked up to wires in an unfamiliar building. What do you expect? Doctor was very easy to deal with and explained everything along the way. I suggest bringing some comfy pyjamas and making the best of it.

I have to say .. I dont post reviews. But I am in agreement that the service was not up to par. The phone continuously rings during hours of business. I was just advised the doctor called from a private number yesterday. The receptionist / manager seemed quite condescending during the entire conversation. I now have a follow up appointment in January. Hopefully Ill be able to take that call and my already irritated condition doesnt worsen. I must say that the technician at my initial overnight sleep session was amazing. Kim M

If I could give zero stars I would. I had 3 appointments in a row (with Dr Sharma) rebooked without my awareness or approval. I called and spoke with Melody the office manager, who disagreed with me and wouldnt offer any apology for the lack of respect shown. Save yourself the stress, and go to one of the many other Sleep Clinics. Its painfully clear these people are too busy to care.

Let's buy an ancient house in Oshawa and do sleep studies there. Great idea. Hire Dr Stompsalot to walk up and down those ancient stairs for half the night... talk loudly to the attendant downstairs for a while while he's there. Ohh and lets not do any soundproof of the rooms whatsoever so when the guy in the other room starts his sawmill he might as well be cuddled up beside you. Overall sleep isn't something that will happen at this facility easily. Makes the data from a sleep study pretty pointless.
