Do not go to this Telus. I have been with Telus for 2 years and have no problems whatsoever. But these agents know absolutely nothing theyre all new apparently and have only been working for less than a month and no manager is onsite? Terrible service. If you want to go to a good Telus choose the one in Ajax dont waste your time with these guys. At least provide your new employees with support onsite.

In store reps were super unhelpful. They said they cannot do an in store return for devices purchased over the phone. Yet the customer service line says they clearly can. There was three workers at the time, and two of them were just nonchalantly eating in the store front. They just sat there and did not get up to help customers when more people came. So unprofessional. I ended going to another Telus store and that store rep was able to return my devices in store. Don't waste your time here. Lazy team, poor customer service, and lacking knowledge to provide in store services.
