Samar Kabab House

The food was absolutely amazing, however the service was really bad. Servers were not responsive, did not even bother to fill water for us etc. We asked if they could clear the table to have desert, server said "ask the other one" and took at least 15 minutes to do that. And it took over 30 minutes to get us ice cream and pudding (which was terrible)... And we reminded them couple times, plus the restaurant was not full at all. Overall, the actual savoury food was delicious one of the best meat I've had in Ottawa. However, restaurant is held back by unresponsive, unhappy staff and awful desert.

I ordered online but they messed up my order I even called the store but they excuse was that they are busy like really its not my fault

genuinly delicious with big portions and reasonable price. love that they just give you the bottle of sauce they are very generous. shoutout the women who runs the place she's very kind and welcoming.

The food is so good they have a lot of options, anyone reading this should try it once or twice, it's completely halal basically built for Muslims, parking is free, seats a decent, the place is not packed, takes about 30min for food to come, over all I liked it
