The management and personnel are rude and unprofessional. They just ignore your emails and calls. Their responses are very bad specially Karry. Their apartments also are not top notch. Very ordinary. I do not suggest here at all.

I have lived at Britannia By The Bay since July 2021 and have found it to be very clean and quiet. Management changed in January 2022 - Karey and Fern are attentive and friendly. The location is perfect.

I am currently in the process of moving out of this property. For my safety, I do not feel comfortable to retrieve my stuff and/or return to this property alone. So I have been coordinating with my family to pick up my belongings from my apartment. I was bitten by a staffordshire bull terrier on this property (in the lobby), forced to keep quiet with extreme pressure, and then was verbally attacked by the owner after Christmas for being instinctively afraid of this dog (and the owner). To my understanding, this dog is prohibited to be in Ontario and I brought this information to my landlords attention and it was not addressed. This was the last event I experienced here that has led me to leave before my tenancy is even up because I absolutely do not feel safe.
