Element Apartments

These guys are either incredibly disorganized or plain crooks. I paid a $500 deposit, decided not to rent with them, and have been waiting over 2 months now to get my refund. Ive sent 3 email follow-ups that have been ignored. Tried calling this morning only to find out the phone number they post online is associated to Baseline Dental Clinic. The clinic advised this is an issue thats been ongoing for MONTHS. If they cant get that straightened out I guess its no surprise they cant figure out where my money is. Meanwhile think about the kind of interest these guys are making out of deposits. Is mine locked into a non-redeemable GIC or something???

Thank you to the team at Element for finding me my dream home in Ottawa. From the initial virtual tour with Justin, he was accommodating, well-versed and recommended the best unit for my needs. Bea was a true professional and a pleasure to work with during the entire rental process. Annabelle goes above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure all our wants/needs are taken care of. I have moved to 4 apartments in 3 years and this is by far the BEST place yet! I moved in a couple of weeks earlier than I was supposed to and from the time I moved in to now (still under construction) everyone has been kind, supportive and extremely professional. I cannot wait to make this my forever home!

My experience at Element has been great so far but it wouldnt be that way without the help of Chris, who was there every step of the way to answer questions, provide guidance, and problem solve any issues that came up with ease. So looking forward to the rest of my Element experience. Thanks Team!

My partner and I had a really terrific experience securing our flat at Element. A shout out to Chris, who was able to answer all of our questions from the appliance efficiency rating to the final colour palette of our suite. We found the application process super straightforward and Chris explained all the fees up-front. During our decision-making time he invited us to the completed Rhythm apartments so we could get a sense of the finishes and amenities Element would have. Moreover, he sent us videos of suites as they were being completed by the construction team so we could get a feel for the spaces we would be living in. He was even able to help us switch our suite when we discovered the one we had selected didn't quite meet our needs. We're counting down the days to the move-in date and we thank Chris and the Element team for instilling the confidence we needed to call Element, home.
