This has been a nightmare! Fixed the microwave once, 3 months later I have the same issue. Its been over 2 months since, I get the run around, no call backs.. they tell me the part is on order, again, no call backs. Its like they are waiting for me to give up? Original service still on their 3 month warranty when it happened again.. read into it.. I will never use this company again.. buyer beware! Service: Microwave repair

Incredibly competent service person, diagnosed quickly, ordered parts, and repaired everything efficiently after we lost the motherboards to our fridge and dishwasher in a recent ice storm repair power surge. Repair job was 5 stars! Giving 4 stars because it was a bit difficult to get an accurate estimate for parts delivery from despatch (originally quoted 2-5 days, and ended up being 31 days) which exacerbated how and for how long we managed a broken fridge at home. Would use again, and recommend!
