We walked in off the street, and within a few minutes were seated comfortably in the most relaxing studio you can imagine, with the long wall a continuous view of an ocean sunset. All the bolsters, mats, blankets, and buckwheat pillows were easy to pick up, and a cubby held my clunky stuff. Amanda helped us gentle stretch our spines and establish our breathing, working a relaxation deeper and deeper. She used several gentle sounds artfully, and blended her own voice to the singing bowls in ways that precludes your attention from any intruding thoughts without ever pulling you out of a steady, comfortable meditative state. Wow, what an incredible find! Never seen anything like it. There were at least 20 people there, all so quiet, such a peaceful place! Highly recommended - lunchtime session is perfectly timed.
